Our community center initiative, located in Croix des Bouquets, Haiti (outside of Port au Prince).
This space exists to benefit the community and to support the Haitian proverb, "Vwazenaj se famni," or the neighborhood is your family.
Blessed to learn this proverb and the weight it holds here, we have depended heavily on our neighbors and those around us in difficult times. We firmly believe roots are developed in community and it is also in factions like these where families flourish. Thus we have created a space for this proverb where Holy Spirit dwells and empowers individuals through this sense of community to overcome the obstacles they face daily by bringing them together to fight the effects of poverty.
